Cancellation policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice for all treatments and appointments. Failure to do so may result in a fee being charged 50% of cost of treatment.
Group Bookings
A 50% deposit per person secures all Group Bookings. Changes to packages must be notified no later than 7 days before booking and cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations must be made no later than 7 days before booking or deposits will be lost. If having Afternoon Tea, please notify us of any dietary requirements.
