Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We offer a 14 day returns policy*, excluding sale items. 

Items must be returned unopened, unused and in original packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase. We do not refund delivery costs. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted. You will be responsible for postage costs and ensuring items are received by us in perfect condition or refunds may not be processed.

If your items do not arrive in perfect condition, you must notify us within 7 days and provide evidence of any damage or breakages, failure to do this will unfortunately mean we cannot refund your item(s).

*Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges (if applicable) can only be made for the same item.

If you are shipping a package with contents worth over £60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible if your item goes missing.

Gift Vouchers T&C’s

Gift Vouchers are strictly valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

They cannot be returned or exchanged and can only be used for treatments within the salon.

Gift Vouchers cannot be used towards Treatment Specials or in conjunction with any other offer.
